i give him supermarket fishes, like "selar", "teri" ( i dont know what's the name of these fishes in English...:) ), squid, frog, cockroach, little mouse, anything i could find and that he like....

RTC, that is a nice youngster pima. what are they housed in?

it looks like a blue nylon tarp? if so, how strong is it? I have seen this one time before in costa rica but was never able to chat to the owner about it.

I am using pallet covered by waterproofed canvas, three-ply. Strong enough man... I have two of this.....
'n very low in cost....
by the end of this year i will give my monster fishes a paludarium, so i can have a side view.....

Gonna bump this with pics from the Omaha Zoo. I was there over the weekend. Such a great collection of them. All well over 10 feet and super healthy looking! I wish I had more time to get better (and closer) pics to share. I was a little upset all the Amazon fish weren't together. The big ones were in the rainforest, the arows, silver dollar, pacu and 'small stuff' were in a mixed exhibit in the Aquarium building.. and the rays (leopoldi and motoro) were in another area.
