I don't like the smelly smell of rotten flesh. Also the looks of maggots is kinda gross. Lol! I like the faster method although it's a bit of hard work but it's better that why. No bad smell and done faster.

Now you know. They predatory fish and specialize on jumping and catching prey. So they need those teeth.

i say build a cage for it, and bury it. That way you can just pull the whole cage/ body up. without breaking it

wouldn't work because you would still have all the dirt and mud stuck to the body which when you try to clean it off will break.

actually the more outside in the open a corpse is, the faster it will "skeletonize". that cage method is by far the best and takes only at most 2 weeks to decompose a body the size of a dog or pig. burying or concealing will actually take much longer since you're relying on mold and fungus mostly to decay it which will also be a hassle to re-expose.
