My Latest Aquarium Accessory.. A Drishti Doll..Its to ward off Evil Eyes, Jinxes, hexes, Voodoo et all.. straight from the banks of Varanasi.. my mum picked it up on her last trip :)

:) its just a belief mate.. that it wards of evil eye and protects the house or person.. will check about it and give you a link.. Drishti is basically "to see" in sanskrit.. and in this case they take it as evil eye.. the demon scares the evil eye away.. various cultures have similar stuff.. have a read at this :)

Just read the thread from the start, Great work you have inspired me to do something similar when I end up owning my own place. Also sorry to read that you lost your 1st Aro. i know the feel after losing my red devil (my 1st american cichlid) a couple of months ago
