Hi Dudzy where is this pond if you dont mind me asking? I am involved in various ways with lungfish research and rescuing lungfish which are trapped as a result of recent overflows we thought we had relocated all lungfish that may be in danger from low water levels.

yes it sucks Eric but the majority survive what is terrible trip they are very tough fish I guess they have to be to have survived for so long. We are very lucky to have such a unique species of fish in some SEQ waterways and impoundments.

its an aust. bass being measured, weighed and tagged as part of a research project didnt mean to post it but im a bit of a klutz.
