Have had a few reports of redsliders but have not seen any MBRC pest management have had reports they will probably take the sniffer dog at some stage last time they found none but there have been some big flows since then. Still a lot of yellas in the river if you want one for your pond we have been euthenasing a lot when fishing.

An example of why you would not keep T. jarbua with other fish the little B. was obviously going to eat this.

Cam I had a barred grunter in with a Jack once every time the Jack eyed it off it would roll onto its side and erect all its fins in a defence mechanism this had the Jack bluffed for a while then it started trying to grab it by the tail very entertaining eventually the Jack got it by the tail and swam around shaking it like a dog with a rat this happened a few times until it was dinner.

i gave the mangrove jack to a mate!
