I would not risk the marys with the silver but you seem to get away with mixed terrorpontids somehow.
none i have tagged before only tagged 18 threadies I think, research only started about a year ago. First jack I have tagged in years the gear was set up so I tagged it. Dont get many in the river.

Went out fishing for more gudgeons yesterday. Caught a few but only kept this guy. Much more orange body than the others but still not the full red/orange all over that you see sometimes. Now the posse consists of 3 males and one female, they seem to enjoy hanging with the gar which is good and everyone was eating this morning.
Still have a few secret squirrel spots to hit, chasing the solid blue morph and a solid red morph.

nice masone I have always liked snakeheads,have had only one red, post a pic if you get a blue morph I have never seen one. on the subject of gudgeons a guy sent me a pic of a spangle he caught in currimundi lake on the sunshine coast this is the second one I have seen a pic of from there.
