G'day Guys,

a couple of months back I picked up a couple of Sooty(psycho) Grunters(??)
These fish have a blue/green mark below the eye. They look similar to the photos of Sooty's I have seen,(not much available) But are a only small, one being 6inch the other being 3-4inch and can't find photos of similar sized fish.

They are great fish even though they need alot of space by themselves.

I am after some confirmation and can't take pics, so do the Sooty's only have this Blue/green mark under the eye or is this common in other Grunters, including Silver Perch.

cheers

Hey mate, its probably a Butler's grunter, i own a fully grown one, lots of personality and a good all round fish.
