I've always wanted to setup a super sealed tank and put massive longfins in it.
Some of the ones I have caught are as thick as footies.

cheers, i wouldn't mind getting a longfin, i'm glad my shortfin stopped trying to escape, hes now big enough to force his way out if he wanted to.

i'll have to take a vid of pellet feeding, the perch keeps takin them just before they get in the eels mouth

i love this idea. what would you feed eel's that big though? juts big fish and crustaceans?
