Aussie natives Stocking.

yeah its like the large one ;) u can apparently pet them on the chin also and they are very friendly :D only difference I have found is mine being a northern one it will turn more light colored then normal ones but not sure how true this is, as u can see he is very yellow now!! I cant wait for him to get bigger ! thinking an 8x2x2 by should hold him for a while then out into my pond ! hopefully RTC get along with eels O_o!

How far north is northern lol. I can tell you in Cairns you bump into big boys around the 2m mark in creeks...impressive. As far as colour though, always look pretty dark. I used to keep them in ponds, get very tame indeed.

I've seen a piebald one in a creek up here, didn't have a line with me or I would have caught it. Anyway, not so much stocking as feeding, some treats for the gars.

Those 6 lasted about 10 minutes. Gars went berkers! Haven't seen them eat like that in a while. Good thing is the male is straight as an arrow, kink from the broken back seems to be completely healed. Pretty happy bout it.

get a murray cod ;-)
