I've never heard of one before. If it is freshwater I miay be interested, need some tetras gone.

You can catch big FW mullet at the Brisbane/Boondall entertainment center.

So there is F/W mullet? Is it the same as crab pot bait? Or is it a different species?

Go to Edenbrooke, plenty of FW mullet in the ponds there, small and big. They are good for shark bait, not so good as aquarium fish.
