I haven't been on here in yonks, because I'm doing a bit of zuicinni picking at the moment. This has had an impact on my tank, because I don't have so much time to clean it and maintain it. So yesterday, I removed th gravel, just to make it that bit easier. 8D.

You will probs get a better answer from the adults who own their own house and pay the Bills, but right now petrol is about $1.20ish. In the Brisbane area, I'd say a normal 1 story house with 3 bedroom is about $350,000 to $400,000.

Just wait for a better answer from the others.
