Automatic Self Cleaning Aquarium Filter

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
hmm adapt same thing to projects 800 in a few years sounds like a good idea to me thanks for the link

Well it is impressive
but $$$$$$$$$$$$
you could probably make something that needs minimal maintenance if u design a system very carefuly and you could also include soleinold valves and timers(also $$)

Thats cost 3500 bucks my python cost like 80. Guess I'll be vaccing gravel for a long time.

Thx for the posts. i was hoping someone knew someone else that made one like it or where to get supplies to build one?

well they got soleinold valves on aquaticeco
and timers/controllers on most aquatic sites....

thats cool, if I had the money to waste I would get one for sure. There people on this site who have plenty of money to waste, perhaps we will see one on a /V\onster setup in the future :headbang2

Auto tank filter ??
Never heard of it.
Does it come with an auto feeder, auto fish chooser, auto gravel/sand vac., auto water changer ?
"Auto" mation can be helpful at best, but then why have an aquarium ?
Automation makes cars. Where is the self satisfaction of actually KEEPING animals alive by you're own efforts and desires.
Automation can keep people alive, and fish too I guess, but I don't see much point to make an aquarium that automated.
A coffee table, or picture, just "automatically" sits/hangs there waiting to be looked at.
No input/interaction needed.
