BigAl's vs. Petsmart

the thing about big als... for me at least is i gotta buy there stuff online, so gotta pay shipping, equals out and might as well go to lps
That sucks. Me im lucky that my LFS is a big als AND im only a 15 minute drive away from their warehouse so if they order anything in for you it arrives by the next day.warlord651;4400994; said:

Hmm, big als might be nice in the US, but they shaft us in canada. I was looking for a pump to use in my sump here's what I saw in my research.

So needless to say. I buy my stuff in the US, get it shipped to a mail box on the US border. And just pick it up there.

Just shop around around when your looking for a sale somebody always seems to beat someone's price
That same Whisper 20 you talked about in the first post is now on sale at my local Petsmart for $10.99 with no shipping. 
I always use Big Al's. It seems that more people here shop on Dr Foster & Smith, but I feel that Big Al's has better deals and it's free shipping for purchases over $75 (depending on weight)
the penguin 350 is 14 dollars after mail in rebate on big alls in petsmart I just whent it was like 40 thats a big difference. even if you dont rebate its still 24 dollars.
