Just saw they are called black lace clown. Well if they don't have blue genes, they have a lot of blueish color.

Woke up this morning and there were only a couple of tan coloured eggs and a lot of egg shells left. I looked but didn’t see any wrigglers anywhere. I didn’t have time to sit and watch the tank and see where the patents moved them or if they ate them.
Angels and Discus don't move their eggs (as far a I know). They both spawn in a similar fashion. Chances are that they ate them. Common for angels.
Angels will move the wigglers but not eggs. So I've seen egg shells and fungus and thought the parents ate the eggs, but they just move the viable wigglers to another location. Either free of fungus or they feel the spawning site is in danger. They've even moved the wigglers during a water change because the water level got lower. The wigglers are not as adhesive as eggs, so easier to move.
That I know, I’m assuming the babies hatched out of the shells (as there were remnants of the eggs left on the leaf) a couple I assume didn’t hatch at all yet as some of the tan eggs were left on the leaf. I assumed the parents have been moving the babies as they hatch.
I cannot wait to check when I get home from work and have time to watch the tank.
They ate the eggs! They are not guarding any particular area and are just swimming together around the tank.
It’s okay really, it was unexpected that they even paired off and laid eggs and it was their first time so them eating the eggs was expectedSorry to hear this.
