Bluegill or Crappie?

Ok so earlier i went out seining and I caught this little guy. I thought it was a black crappie and my friend said bluegill now a couple hours later it changed color now we both think its what the other first said . Its 3 1/2 inches and in a 10 gal with mosquito fish and fatheads.

There's no mistaking it. Looks nothing like Poxomis and shows nothing but Lepomis body traits.
