103!?? Whew...get that girl some tylenol and a slurpee!wizzin;702414; said:sorry guys. My daughter is sick, and I spent every minute with her last night. Poor little bugger had a temp of 103 I'll get new pics up soon.
Yeah, no kidding. We had her on a strict tylenol regiment, and my wife took today off to take her to the doc. She's such an active little todler, and to see her not want to do anything is very hard. Of course, i'm her favorite, so all she wanted was "dada hold you". That means I want dada to hold me, but since I always say "do you want dada to hold you?" she learned to ask for me to hold her by saying dada hold you.zennzzo;702434; said:103!?? We'll be here when ya ready...
yup. back and sides will be "mud bank" (foam covered in concrete and sealed with sanitred with some pea sized river stones and sand sprinkled on). I'm working on getting some huge manzanita "trees/branches" to camoflauge the back and "bump".walls;701387; said:you should do the back and the sides, maybe try to form a log where the back center is.
AWSOME PROJECT!
Nice. Thanks Adam. I didn't know that. My alternative is to harvest some either from Lake Erie, or at a waterfall on the Yough river. I figured those options will leach tannins like M.F. too, so I thought the sandblasted manz would be a better choice. I have a feeling it's going to be too expensive though, and I'll end up using big stuff from around here.rottbo;702491; said:my experience with manzanita has not been the greatest it leaches tannins like a SOB and the bark comes off and forms piles that I have to vacumm all the time... I would suggest getting the sandblasted ones if possible... plus there are many very sharp little points on the wood for fish to hurt themselves on I have noticed alot more little abrasions and cuts on my fish since adding the manzanita...
