do you have left over pond armor for the sump? if not it will becheaper and a lot easier to just use pond liner then use eggcrate and acrylic for seperators. i just used pond liner on a sump and not counting dry time spent about an hour and half sealing it. and it pretty much garantees no leaks as long as you don't half *** it.
