I reckon the plan was to live their his whole life I wouldnt build something like that then move in the next few years..............would you?

I'm one of no doubt many blow-ins that have followed a link to this thread. Forgive me for not wading through 160 pages of posts... but how thick is the concrete slab that this tank sits on, and is the concrete reinforced?

The concrete is 1 foot thick all around with double rebar every foot.
