Thanks Alex. It's deceiving because the tank appears to be a 8'x3'x2 = 360
gallons. Without another fish in it to compare too the giant Piraya does not show his monster size. I know it's been impossible to add any other fish because he kills them.
I think to show his size maybe you should put a foot long ruler at the front glass thus showing how big Frankenstein really is.
My Piraya's are in there own 180's. By putting rocks, driftwood and some plants in them I am able to keep guppies, bristlenose and small breeding colonies of african cichlids. The dither fish appear to provide a food source and some exercise.
Keep in mind my Piraya's are nowhere close to yours in size. Mine vary between only 12 and 14 inches. 2 I bought in 2006 at the Aquarium Center Randlestown plaza (Dennis Hare's old store) in Maryland and the other I got from Biotope (Oliver Lucanus and Sean) in 1997 in Montreal.
