I have read somewhere he does 10000 gallon a week, don't know how though

Lately I have been changing the water by adding about 2,000 gallons every second day. The overflow fills outdoor ponds that are very low this year due to very little precipitation. I have used the fast drip system in the recent past as well as large water changes when we needed to work in the tank in boats.

The plan is 40x60 pole building with a 6" heated concrete floor. All but one 12x12 corner where my office will be. Planning a huge build at the entrance also.... The shape of the largest tank for the pacu and large cat rescues will be an odd shape. I plan to have multiple "ponds" set up along with many tanks, mostly to get them out of the house. The construction of the pole building will be completely moisture proof and insulated to the gills (pun intended) Eventually (years away probably) I'd like to open the rescue to the public...

Now that's a fish room....Wow!!!!!!!!

Any idea when the build will start?

I started cutting trees down the other day to make an area for the building but it seems my nieghbor might be donating some land... So I'm on hold to see if that's going to happen

Make sure he gives you title to the land.

Otherwise if he moves the new owner might make you tear it down.
