Your pool sounds like a lot of fun.

I live in a rural area and use a well. The area I live in has the most lakes in the world.

It would be amazing to have a tank like that. I live in Tokyo and my 15gallon (60L) is borderline massive but luckily there are a lot of big, impressive public aquariums in Japan to visit. I feel like I have 100 questions to ask you just out of excitement, but one thing that really hits me is how you have time for it all! I probably spend around 3 hours a day just staring at my tank..
What fish did you do this for? I realize the 52k is for all the fish but what fish made you take the step into the big tank world? For me to really get into fish was seeing a whaleshark in real life.. then I just knew I had to have my own tank, even if only a small one.

Thank you for sharing!

Glad you enjoy the thread. I built it largely for my love of Arapaima and my interest in big catfish.

Like you I also have small tanks and enjoy them very much, as I keep appropriate sized fish in them.

I have your national paralympic men's basketball team (actually departing from your huge city) visiting me in 11 days for a basketball tournament with 18 other teams. I am unable to play due to injuries that have not healed but I still will enjoy their company and the competition.

enjoy the hobby.
