Both gars are doing well.

Black Nasty is great. He is in a 240 gallon tank (908 litres) now but does go outside every summer into ponds. He is normally in with a variety of small fish including guppies, rosy yellows and goldfish. He seems to eat a few but not all. They clean up small bits of food when he is fed. The photo was taken by Rusty Wessel in 2011.

The second pic was taken by Jim Martin in 2011 of the Atractosteus tristoechus in the 15,000.

Not really.

But I've had many hobbyists visit over the years.

And also several MFK friends have helped me move fish, work on the tanks etc
