Just wondering how much did your electric bill go up per month after something like this? Also, you may have mentioned it earlier (but i dont want to look through the 80+ pages to find it) How much water do you do in a water chance and how do you do it? Is it just one constant stream of freash water? Oh, one last one, what would you estimate food costs per day? Thanks!

I find the 3 hp pump costs over $100 per month if run all the time so I cut back to only when the tank really needs filytration or heat. So that saves about $50.

When there is lots of water available about 10,000 gallons a week water change. normally over a 2 day period.

Most days cost nothing because I only feed every 3rd to 4th day. Probably about $20 each of those days.

It's hard to estimate the cost of this tank by itself because I do have a lot of other aquariums also.

It works out well but I only keep the birds in it over the winter months.

I keep them outside in Aviaries in the summer.
