Catching invasive freshwater fish in Florida.

I will also be in the Miami Everglades region in early March. Im from Indiana and this will be my third fishing trip down there for pbass and snakehead and other non-native species. When do you plan to go down?

The Glades has lots of good stuff. I fished there a few years ago and caught oscars and Mayans, and saw plenty of plecos and other types of cichlids, including peacocks... as well as lots of cool native stuff.

I gotta move to Florida free nice fish! Lol

Right. All this official stuff sounds intimidating but it is very hard to enforce unless you are flying.

However, MFK is very strict on abiding by all rules and regulations in every State. You will serve yourself good and the MFK by not discussing anything that may be questionable or illegal to do... not that you are doing it anyway :) Just skating on the edge, enjoying the weather :)

The hobby lacks alot of personal responsibility, I try to not be the statistic.

I just want to do what these kids are doing.
Looks like fun! And easy. It can't be like that everywhere but I've done it in my ponds and boy is there a ton of stuff.
