i recently read on another site that they are extremely similar to reds in their growth and aggression/feeding habits. like you said, they are a little darker in color. oh, and buy them if you can cause theyre alot rarer

No, actually ***********. Thats what the guy was saying on that site. Its pretty recent you could prob go check it out in the "Other Predatory Fish" section. Maybe ask that character a few questions. He seemed knowledgable

Sorry, Been a little busy with a new addition to the family, not fish related, I will try and dig it out tonight.
The info I had wasn't that great, Much of it has been said. Very simalar to Reds, at one time thought to be the same fish. From a region in india, Very rare in the hobby, In the UK a red can cost a few quid but the Diplogramma did cost £95 for the same same size juvenile.
