Oh no sorry to hear the bad news Tyler. Lossing cichlids suck but loosing the special ones suck's a liittle more then the rest. I hope the other one get's along ok. Keep your head up bro we all go through it.

Yeah man. I was so stoked about these guys. I don't observe any aggression towards the other one. But I didn't see much aggression towards the one who died either. The other Azul chased him, but I never saw any damage done. I keep trying to slowely build up my Cichla numbers, but I can't! I only have two now

Yeah, it was a beautiful fish, but it was also the $200 down the drain that really hurt. I will have to see how much the larger Kels are. My wife almost %$#% her pants when she saw I spent $400 on the two Azuls. If I can't afford a Kel, I may go for some of those Monos that TUIC has for the group buy.
MAN when you start talking money it never get's any eaiser. Trust me when dealing with $$$$ like this it NEVER get's any easier. My latest loss weren't any eaiser but a $20.00 Cichlid compared to a $200.00 CICHLA is enough to make you SIC to your stomach. So I understand the step back. But this is one of the reasons I have so many Cichla. The other reason was none of the rare Cichla that you all have available were ther for me to grab when the Cichness hit me. I wanted to make sure I was 100% on top of things before I experemented with the $$$$$$ fish. I started off with my Orino and I remeber getting the Peru Monos I was nervous then. Still scared to grab a BDL but that's another ball park all together.
