I have been asked if my Choco loco is growing a nuchal hump. I'm not sure. What say you other Choco pig keepers?

Solo chocolate keepers:
How much color are you seeing? I would like to get one as a center piece for my community tank but not if it is going to be drab

They are a little moody so they change color quite a bit.

They will take at least a year from 2 to 3 inches to show really good colour. A lone choc will show the colours you after it just takes time. As mentioned, they will constantly change colour with mood.
Great fish, I highly recommend them..
