Im planning on continuing kanaplex through Saturday as I brain farted and didn’t write down when I started. I have also been sprinkling a little epsom salt on their food as well.

Chocolates are so beautiful, thanks for sharing! I wonder why they're not more common.
I agree, an overwhelming amount of hobbyist are drawn to Oscars. IMO, Chocolates are better suited for aquarium life than the Oscars.
Most Chocolates are comparatively docile, and don't dig up the substrate.
My two Chocs are kept with various species of community fish w/ no problems.

Previously, on My Fish Room, “Well, I really screwed up. I have sold off 15 Silver Dollars so I w wanted to consolidate my large cichlids into the 260g. I moved the two chocolates and the female G brasiliensis. My male liberifer severum wasn’t having it. My male choco now has injury cataracts to both eyes. I moved them back to the 220g. This liberifer has always been aggressive. I wasn’t surprised when he didn’t like house guests but I was surprised my male choco didn’t stand up to him when my smaller female would. My female is half the size of the sev.”
Choco lotto’s eyes have both cleared up but both he and the female are showing signs of infection so started kanaplex in their food.

Either prolapsed anus or ovipositor but it’s an epsom bath for the female choco. 1Tbsp per gallon.

The espsom bath seems to have done the trick. The fat blob of flesh sloughed off in the bath. She’s still skiddish but improved.
