I loved that old one, a pity the tank leaked. BUT, like you said each time you do it, you do a better one. Can't wait to see this next one.

Quick question, has the concrete ever chipped off any of the backgrounds u built??? I built one a month ago for my 10gl feeder tank (it was my first attempt at a DIY background), and I don't know if it was the concrete or the styrofoam I used, but after I built it, small pieces kept chipping off every time I touched it.

hydrolic cement didnt work well either. i put on thick coats on both of them, but they still didnt work out that well.
i found the cement i used on this one was the best yet, and im going to use it again. I only picked up the styrofoam so far though.
