To quote those famous Icelanders, the Sugarcubes:

Umm ... those are basalt clusters, are they not? And it is Skogafoss Falls, Skogar, Iceland.
Okay, not red basalt. But pretty pics.

nah, it's iceland for sure. (i think) i was going to guess one of the islands of canada, but wasn't sure which.
