He is in a 10,000 gallon tank at a cabelas in buda texas living a happy life along with 17 of my other fish. 
I just managed to shine and catch a gar and the tinfoil barb. The barb grew from about 4" to 12" in about 3 months. lol

Thanks man. Its always a work in progress. I hope to have alot more features such as streams and waterfalls for the pond in the future.
Well it was 37 degrees last night so i spent 45 minutes with a flashlight and my net outside by the pond. I managed to catch the last 2 florida gar and 2 bala sharks by shining them and scooping. At least I got them inside before the water could get cold enough.
I hate the cold, It was this time last year when I lost my 'pond'.

well 37 degree isn't gonna hurt the koi! I got 33 a few days a go and the koi seem like nothing happened!
