That sux. Off with their heads. I think I would just add them to the list of stores I won;t do business with and move on. OR, you could pester and nag and call them constantly until they cave and send you replacement bulbs.
The light seemed like it was going to be a good deal so I too was intrigued but as it stands now its a gamble buying from them! If the whole light were to have been damaged I feel I would have just been out of luck and lost my money.
