I used it for the first time the other day to report a moderator for moderation in their moderating. Serves a purpose I suppose, but I agree, I don't have much use for the "report" button. It would be interesting to see what percentage of the "reports" were actually something that needed to be dealt with by the mods....Oh yeah,the "whiner" function....another feature that I do not use.
