Don't say the words "Group Buy" to Joe

i figured all the groupl buys were how rallysman said...it is kinda hard gettin' threw on the internet but im guessing you guys get 100's of pms/emails a day...you are great on the phone easy to deal with and know what you are doing i would rather buy from you than my lfs i think i bought 5 fish from there and will never do it again they are clueless have dead fish in almost all there tanks are over priced and all the fish look like crap...along with that they keep clown knifes with angels and they kill the angels...or go buy from tfd were great service huge selection pay 35-50 for shipping and be happy enjoy your healthy fish...

i will continue reccomending them since i was very pleased with my service and order... its like any buisness you have your good customers and bad customers you have your good days and your bad ones...im sure he deals with some annoying people and sometimes its hard to when people ask stupid little questions etc.. well anyways i was very pleased thanks again...

I was part of this group buy and I have ordered on my own from Joe quite a few times, I think his service is top-notch. I have had a few problems but for the most part he has been happy to go out of his way to make it right. I met the minimum order on this group buy by myself however because of work hours lately it was the only way I could place a much needed order at this time. I wont stop ordering from Joe as I respect him and what he stands for greatly. I dont think I will be part of a group buy again as it didnt save me much on shipping and I did have a couple of issues arise and couldnt deal with Joe personally since i didnt place the order. I have always dealt with him in person on the phone and email when ordering. So the peace of mind I have when ordering personally is well worth the few extra dollars in shipping.

We placed our group buy order Friday and received the fish Tuesday morning (could have gotten it Monday but they were getting a shipment in including a fish someone wanted).

All the fish arrived alive, although there were a couple small discrepencies. Overall, I've been very pleased. Next time, though, I think I'll ask for them to write the species on the bags since it was a good bit of work sorting out what was in each bag before I could confirm whether our order was right.
