There is no such thing and as advised they will be stunted and not very attractive fish. All Arowana get huge at least 30''+, i sold my RTG as it was 23'' and my tank was only 24'' wide and 6' long.

I agree. The only 'dwarf arowana' are the ones who aren't adequately housed. Don't buy one.

I'm not going to buy one lol, unless one day I do buy a very large tank! Its a shame that people house them in such small tanks! Also a shame that there arnt a species which max out at 10 inchs or so I would love to own one!!

Yes it really is a shame people don't research how big they get before purchasing. Others just don't care and house them in small tanks anyway. I hope you get to have one, one day.
