Eheim 2262, Pump Location

i think its possible with fittings from irrigation shops. i have taken off one motor and run 2x 2260 on a series connection. it give extra space for media and power bill savings.

no noticeable difference as the pump is at the end of series. the dummy bucket merely acts as reservoir for extra media. ive just cleaned the dummy bucket the other day and does accumulate dirt but still water flows to the the main bucket.

thanks for the reply. I am doing a setup like yours tomorrow morning. The two in the series will be mechanical. I have a third one for biological. In always wonder if this was possible lol
