Emergency: Help Needed with Ray (sticky)

I think the general feeling was that the freshwater disease forum already covered this and a sticky for the ray forum was not needed. Which I guess is fine :(
 
Still would have been nice to have it here on the ray page since most ray owners like to ask other ray owners questions and how to solve problems. Rays are in my opinion different to care for than regular freshwater tanks and fish.
Was one of the reasons Johno27 and I worked on trying to make this a sticky.
 
I think you should add "type of ray(s)"

I mean, I don't know if it matters, but it might..
