Woooooooooooooo!

BTW the ONLY contribution I have made to this build is spray painting PVC and eating food JK47's wife makes! :grinno: OK, maybe a BIT more but...

This build is gonna be ridiculous. I am REALLY looking forward to seeing these finished tanks, they are gonna be NEXT LEVEL.

Looks great!
I don't know if I could ever schedule in maintenance on so many tanks, my hat is off to you... Keep up the good work!

I just checked out the 3d background site you got the backgrounds from, I can't wait to see what you've got. And you are right, really good backgrounds at affordable prices, I'm impressed.
Thanks Dave! Those smaller styles that connect are a killer idea. You can add 3 of them to a running 125g tank for like $60... That's dirt cheap for backgrounds. I won't have pics of the actual product until I pick them up Sunday. :D If you want to see which ones I ordered look up the part # or name I put below next to each tank.

>> 120g background = 63" BJ921 "Selvas" (my favorite)
>> 125g background = 79" BJ911 "River Stump"
>> 300g background = 78" BJ811 "Mangrove"

I don't want to ruin the suspense, I'll wait to follow the thread/build, and see what you picked out as it's being installed.
Yeah your probably right. They will look different in my tank than the site. I am going to have to cut down two of them. I'm probably more anxious than anyone. :nilly:

Don't sell yourself short brother, you've been a big help to me. Having a good freind over that shares the hobby and lends me a hand without asking for anything means allot. Your always the first one to check on how I'm feeling/recovering and I really appreciate that... :D Anyway this is where I am at since you left last night.

This is the sump that is on my 220g where the fish are currently. It's too small (40 gallons) so I want to move it to my 125g and free up it's FX5.

This is the pump I will be upgrading the sump with. GenX PCX-40. Not the most quiet but the 125g's in the dining room so it's the best I can do for now.

This is where I want the sump from the 220g where the 40watt UV is currently.. We forgot when we were at Cayes yesterday to pick up those CPR overflows :(. Crap now I have no overflow... Any ideas? I may have to use the third FX5 through the weekend.

P1010307.JPG

This is the measurement from the underside of my stand and the top of the sump. I think I am going to have to sand down the stand so the sump slides in. It's cutting it REALLY close.

This is the FX5/40watt UV on the 125g and the FX5 on the 220g. I want to move both to the 300g but without overflows I am kind of hosed for tonight at least. I can't believe I forgot. :irked:

When I was telling you I had a good idea last night to pump the water from the 220g to the 300g, this is it. I am going to use the 3rd FX5. It will pump most of the water over (right to left) and I can just top off the rest with temp matched tap. Basically just a 50% WC to the fish. I took them off RO almost a month ago to get ready for this tank and the drip system.
