I love the photos, but the small stingrays look pale. This generally indicates stress. Do you have new pictures of them?
Sure do, just have to find some. They most likely were stressed from just being born, then getting snatched up and moved. Lol. I'll post some growout pics soon, when I get a few mins. They darken up usually in less than a week after being born. I usually take pics as I'm separating them right after being born.
If u go back farther in this post, most litters I've ever had have not been that pale when born either. I'm not 100%, but I think the father of the paler litter was a wild caught mystery mutt from Peru, much lighter base than my full oto's.
Wow, I just love those beautiful rays! Such variety in markings and color. I'm a huge fan of brown rays and over the years castexi have become my favorite!
