Thanks, the lighting is a 260 watt pc. Lamps are coralife 50/50s half is 6700k and half is colormax. I only use two of the lamps though so actually 130 watts.
 
Nice fish! I like ur Black Aro a lot, im doing something similar of wut ur doing with my silver aro, he is same size as yours. Mine is eating 4 times a day, small portions but many times a day, im giving mine live fish, so as you may think the my aro is quite a good hunter. Congrats for having this fish! nice work!
 
I'm so jealous. At least I was able to raise one small aro to that size.

The pH level is at 6.6 to 6.8. Discus and arowana are both from the amazon regin so both have similar needs.
