Awesome video Jeoy!!
Your sump idea looks very simple, I may have to try it myself. Are you planning on adding anything inside the tank??

thank you, in the video, i also opened the stands door to reveal the FX5, but its too dark to see in the video.

the wet/dry is a smaller version of what i will be doing with it once i get a proper, stonger pump and bigger bulkheads. I will be doubleing the the tower. i will either make it twice as tall(from 2 feet tall to 4 feet tall) or make two seperate towers, one for each bulkhead over flow. Right now its only 2 feet tall and on a make shift stand because i dont have a proper pump for it and had to use a canister.
This one i made works alot better than all of the others i have made so far, and i am liking it alot.

For inside the tank, i have changed substrates for white to black sand a few times and cant decide on which i like better. For deco, im working on getting a couple of big pieces of wood and a few weighted silk plants.

excellent work on the tank, and the find of the rubber sealer. I will prob be using this when I finally get around to building my tank. Those rays and discus look great. Keep us updated on the tank.

how many gallons is the tank? awesome build and love the rays. how many gallons did you use to coat it? so in the US the same product is called liquid rubber? thanks

the tank is 237gallons. I used 2 gallons to coat this tank. In the states, this product is licenced to a company called PermaDri: http://www.permadri.com/product-overview.html

so i had an idea... there are all kinds of waterproofing stuff out there.. just not fish safe.. so on my test build .. i did a few coats of the normal stuff from Lowes .. then did a few coats of permadri pond coat over the top .. its working wonders ... and it uses MUCH less of the $$$ costly pond coat..
