Here is another one you guys and gals might like. This one will be a whole skeleton mount as well. I'm doing this one as a pet memorial.

Giant Gourami (Osphronemus goramy). She is 20"+. Will be very interesting to see.

I do use beetles but I also remove most of the flesh by hand before beetles

Here is a Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). Went simple on this one........I don't feel bad for saying this it was quite tasty also lol. I bought the whole fish from the grocery store and prepared dinner and skull from that.

I'm actually working on a few Pike right now. Be a few weeks before they are finished. Contact me in a dm/pm. . I appreciate the interest. I get a lot of pike here in Montana. They consider them invassives in most waters here.
