FISHING SEASON 2K10!!!!!!

Thats whats up, the bass here seem to be still sleep for the most part!

Yeah they still arnt super active here yet. I was using a shakyhead with finesse worm super slowly. Just dragging across the bottem and bumping it out of snags. Another group of guys were using minnows were destroying the crappie, as in like 15 in as many minutes, they also caught a pickeral which i didnt know was around here

Well I'll trying get them to wake up a bit this week if I can get some fishing time in.

Sweet! Took less tahn five minutes to get my pic up at the Burger joint last week. So now it's time to look into start placing pics of my Princeton catches.

Yeah if the crappie are out in full force the bass bite will began to pick up in no time at all. Here the crappie must be still spawning cause that bite is also slow in my area

anyway good for you guys, your season started already!! *envy*

we dont really have a season for impoundment bass, only wild fish,
though i kind of only chase bass in autumn/winter, and thats when the competions start, so thats what I call the season.
I dedicate all the warmer months to Saratoga.

lakes just unfroze up here looks like i might get the boat out this weekend. CF ever think your fishing to slow? Ive caught lots of spring bass on run and gun. Rattle traps are my #1 bait to use in the first weeks after ice out.

went last night and the 3 of us managed 7 or 8 nice catfish!

well my thinking was correct, i started of with the rattle trap couldnt get nothing to go the bass had already moved shallow. So i switched to a husky jerk and change locations ripping in through the weeds and slime in 4ft of water and caught 2 bass
1 small 8-9 incher
1 small 14-15 incher

they fought hard and tried to jump.
