***UPDATE***
now that everything is here we needed to keep the tank warm so the acrylic window would not shrink and possibly pop the seems, i talked to john at waterdog products (the people that made the tank) and he said that a 14' piuece of acrylic can and will shrink up to 1/4 " if it got cold so that is why i took the generator and heater, now what i did at home was to hook up the heater to a dedicated plug that i had in my garage for my air compressor, meaning that there is nothing else on a 15 amp breaker except for that 1 plug, so it has enough electricity running to it, and nothing else being turned on in the house will trip that breaker, and then i ran the camera wire into my house and set up a 10" screen to it so i can view the thermometer anytime that i sit at my computer, i just looked over and it is 65 degrees inside the tank and it is 21 degrees outside the tank, so were good for the moment untill i can start the build of the extension on my fishwroom, which will be this summer, so the tank is here, and waiting till summer to build its new home.
