Freshwater Fish ID {EASY,MEDIUM,HARD} Game Daily

I still think it’s Garra Cambodiensis.

Epalzeorhynchos kalopterum have a prominent black pattern on their dorsal.

I agree that these, and so many others, are misidentified

It definitely resembles Garra cambodgiensis. Another synonym for them is Garra taeniata.

There are some other species that look similar, like Garra fasciacauda and Garra ceylonensis. Some specimens of Garra mullya also look alike.
A lot people still can't differentiate Crossocheilus sp., Epalzeorhynchos kalopterum, Garra cambodgiensis and Gyrinocheilus aymonieri. I have attached a photo below to help. Doubling down on the first one being Garra cambodgiensis.

I would go for Garra Cambodiensis too, a great underrated fish.

I think the 'easy' is about my limit.

It may be misidentified. It was labeled as Flying Fox. This time I didn't put too much effort into the easy and medium ones. Normally I will try to find pics people may not find.

I apologize. Garra Cambodiensis is most likely what it is.
