WHAT KIND OF GARS DO I HAVE?

I bought them 7 weeks ago they were 4'' and eating rosey reds . now they are 10'' and eating 6 large feeders a day.

hard to say for sure given the photo quality and the fact that the fish is still in a bag in a tank, but looks like a juvenile Florida gar--
