German Rams

So my peacock bass are going to grow out of their tank soon and I was planning to put a nice good-looking cichlid in the tank to live there. I was thinking to put some German rams.
My ph is around 7-7.5.
What do you guys think?

So you could do an angelfish-ram tank, with a snowball pleco, and maybe some schooling large tetras. There are tons of species of angelfish. Some being alyum angels, peruvian angels, and petsmart's Koi Angels. Peruvian I think would be a choice. duanes .

German Blue Ram ( Mikrogeophagus ramirezi )

Angel Rams ( Papiliochromis ramirezi)

Electric Blue Ram (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi) same as the German Blue Ram

German Gold Ram (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi var)

White Spotted Dwarf Pleco (L471) ( Hypancistrus sp)

Angelfish (Pterophyllum)

I've personally kept German Rams for short stint of time tried twice and one survived almost 2 yrs. My PH range is near yours.

Ok thanks if I did get them I would be trying to reed them

From what I know they would prefer more acidic water and hot water (mid 80s). I’m pretty sure they are easy except for temp and stable parameters.

Keeping them in R/O water would be the best imo. They will eat prepared foods with no issues

I really think they are extremely colorful.

I had them longer after the first time using leaf litter. I would compare the Dwarf Rams to Apistogramma as for care.

What do you mean by leaf litter?
