Easiest way is upload it to youtube, they're servers will compress it to save you the trouble. If you want to play with the video and get the file size down or edit, crop etc. download Virtualdub, just google it, it's free

Then embed your video on here with the youtube button

You should see the giant at my local aquarium, his name is fillets & he is somewhere around 2ft long and the same height and completely devoid of pigment except a faint pink glow almost like a red devil/midas. He looks super intelligent and will mercilessly attack the glass if you get too close. Hes probably one of my all time favourites, i'll try to get some pics soon...
