GIANT gouramis

porkchop is doing well. she has beef up a bit. i will take some pics this weekend. will also post pics of my two new fish.

i have some light slimmy brown stuff on the glass. algae?? how do i get rid of it? been doing 15% wc weekly
 
That's why I always do weekly 33% W/C,
Higher that 40 PPM Nitrates, along with sunlight will make that Algae show up every time...;)

Glad to her Zen's baby is doing fine.

As for the brown stuff, yes it's algae, I get it all the time on one tank(fatty the oscar's), it used to be a planted discus tank and ever since the plants were eat it always grows and needs a weekly scrubbing. It's a pain but nothing too hard to deal with. I've got another tank on the opposite side of the room and have no other issues with it.
