We all agree it is Laticlavius however after looking more closely its my opinion that its just a different looking RTGG.Not a hybrid or a cross ,just different. The gene pool is pretty large with this species of fish and different/unique GG's occur regularly.Some with larger lips than normal or more/less pointy heads, darker reds and lighter greys. This fish just happened to have genes of a short,red,big head hump RTGG..nothing more nothing less..
I first thought it could be a cross of O.goramy and O.laticlavius but now im not too sure about that.
I'm also pretty sure its not some crazy experiment by someone in Japan that didnt get culled. So with that said, let the bickering resume..
edit: It does look like it may have some tuna in its genes....master T has solved the mystery..
